Common use of Provisioning Clause in Contracts

Provisioning. 2.2.1. Each Party shall provision services during its regular working hours. To the extent NSP requests provisioning of service to be performed outside OSP regular working hours, or the work so requested requires OSP’s personnel to work outside of regular working hours, overtime and premium charges shall apply, as specified in the Pricing Attachment of this Agreement. 2.2.2. Neither Party shall prevent or delay an End-User Customer from migrating to another carrier because of unpaid bills, denied service, or contract terms.
