Common use of Provisions Binding on Company’s and Guarantor’s Successors Clause in Contracts

Provisions Binding on Company’s and Guarantor’s Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Company contained in this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Company’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Guarantor contained in this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Guarantor’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.

Provisions Binding on Company’s and Guarantor’s Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Company contained in this Fifth Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Company’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Guarantor contained in this Fifth Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Guarantor’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.

All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Guarantor contained in this Fifth Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Guarantor’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.

All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements of the Guarantor contained in this Fifth Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall bind the Guarantor’s successors and assigns whether so expressed or not.
