Common use of Provisions for Clause in Contracts

Provisions for. Any medical examination required by the Company and/or Federal legislation, or any medical examination required by legislation for the purpose of maintaining a driver's licence shall be promptly complied with by all employees provided, however, that the Company shall pay for all such examinations. The Company reserves the right to select their own medical examiner or physician and the Union if in their opinion they think an injustice has been done an employee, have said employee re-examined at the Union's expense.
