Provisions of Articles of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended, shall be similarly used for this Agreement if this Agreement does not state otherwise or if the relevant provisions are not applicable to this Agreement due to the specifics of the natural gas storage activities. The legal relations arising from this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of Slovak Republic. Application of rules and regulations governing conflict of laws, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.

  • Applicability of This Article Redemption of Securities of any series (whether by operation of a sinking fund or otherwise) as permitted or required by any form of Security issued pursuant to this Indenture shall be made in accordance with such form of Security and this Article; provided, however, that if any provision of any such form of Security shall conflict with any provision of this Article, the provision of such form of Security shall govern.
