PROVISIONS OF LAW AND SEPARABILITY. If any provision of this MOU or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is ruled unlawful or in any way contrary to law by any Federal or State Court or duly authorized agency, the remainder of the MOU or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
