Provisions Operative Between Lenders and Agent Only. Except for the provisions of Section 13.11(2), Section 13.11(3), Section 13.11(4), Section 13.15(1), 13.15(3) and 13.15(6), the first sentence of Section 13.09(1), and the rights of the Borrowers to receive notice as specified in this Article 13, the provisions of this Article 13 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se will be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Credit Parties will not have any rights or obligations under or be entitled to rely for any purpose upon such provisions.
