Provisions Regarding Ancillary Raised Button Keypads and Next Generation Devices. 3.1 Schedule of Initial Rollout to Existing Safeway Stores Outside Texas and New Mexico with More than Six Staffed Checkout Aisles. 3.1.1 By no later than September 30, 2006, Safeway will install Ancillary Raised Button Keypads as designated in 3.2 in each Existing Safeway Store in California. 3.1.2 By no later than December 31, 2006, Safeway will install Ancillary Raised Button Keypads as designated in 3.2 in an additional two hundred and fifty (250) Existing Safeway Stores outside of California.
