Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Any obligation of either Party that by its nature extends beyond the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Contractor’s obligations under Sections 3.3, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7 and Article 6, shall survive and continue in full force and effect following any termination or expiry of this Agreement.
