Common use of Provisions which Operate Following Termination Clause in Contracts

Provisions which Operate Following Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of the Executive's employment under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and with or without cause, the provisions of Sections 4.4, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 of this Agreement and any other provisions of this Agreement necessary to give efficacy thereto will continue in full force and effect following such termination.
