Common use of PSAP Limitations Clause in Contracts

PSAP Limitations. The PSAP designated to receive 9-1-1 calls for a particular Initial Registered Location through WPaaS may not have a system configured for Enhanced 9-1-1 services. The PSAP may not be able to capture or retain automatic numbering or location information or otherwise determine the phone number, Initial Registered Location, or physical location of the caller.
