PSE Regular Dues Check Off Clause Samples

The PSE Regular Dues Check Off clause authorizes the automatic deduction of union dues from the paychecks of employees who are members of the Professional Staff Employees (PSE) bargaining unit. In practice, the employer withholds the specified dues amount from each eligible employee’s wages and remits these funds directly to the union on a regular basis. PSE Regular Dues Check Off. District will deduct PSE (union) state dues from the pay of any employee who authorized such 7 deductions in writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The District will transmit all such funds deducted to 8 the Treasurer of the Public School Employees of Washington. Transmission will be issued within five 9 (5) days of the monthly pay day, and will include payments with a list of all represented employees with 10 deduction amounts. Upon written authorization of the employees of the collective bargaining unit, the 11 District shall deduct from the employee's monthly pay the monthly amount of dues as certified by the
PSE Regular Dues Check Off. 35 The employer shall deduct PSE/SEIU 1948 dues from the pay of any employee who authorized such 36 deductions in writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The Employer shall transmit all such funds 37 deducted to the treasurer of the PSE/SEIU 1948. Transmissions will include payments and an 38 electronic list of all represented employees with deduction amounts. Transactions will be 39 received as soon as practicable following payroll. Submissions are to include all employees 40 covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement who have authorized dues deductions. A dues 41 remittance form will accompany the payment every month and include membership status 42 changes.
PSE Regular Dues Check Off. 6 The District shall deduct PSE regular dues from the pay of any employee who authorized such deductions 7 in writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The District shall transmit all such funds deducted to the treasurer 8 of the Public School Employees of Washington on a monthly basis, along with a dues remittance form and 9 membership status changes. The District shall also deduct local chapter dues from the pay of any 10 employee who authorizes such deductions in writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The State Office of 11 PSE shall be responsible for remitting local dues to the local chapter.
