PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FUNDS Sample Clauses
The Public Acknowledgement of Funds clause requires one party to publicly recognize the receipt or provision of funds from another party. PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FUNDS. The First 5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Children and Families Commission is funded by taxpayer dollars. Therefore, Contractor shall appropriately acknowledge funding from the First 5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Children and Families Commission. Appropriate acknowledgement is defined as follows:
A. Includes the First 5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ logo;
B. Includes the statement, “Made possible by funding from First 5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Children and Families Commission”;
C. The statement and logo must be included in all public materials that mention the funded programs or services, including (but not limited to) Web sites, e-mails, news releases, media advisories, brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, public service announcements, posters, and any other public communication items. Any deviation from the above must be approved by First 5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ before distribution of public outreach materials.

The Proponent shall notify the City in advance of any and all communication activities, including media and fundraising events, publications, advertising and press releases.

The Proponent shall notify the City in advance of any and all communication activities, publications, advertising and press releases.
15.2 The Proponent shall co-operate with representatives of all three levels of government during any official ceremonies relating to the promotion of the Project.

The statement and logo must be included in all public materials that mention the funded grant and its programs or services, including (but not limited to) Web sites, e-mails, news releases, media advisories, brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, public service announcements, posters, and any other public communication items. Any deviation from the above must be approved by County before distribution of public outreach materials.
