Public Benefits to be made by Developer. The parties acknowledge and agree that where there is an inconsistency between Annexure A and the Performance Brief, the Performance Brief prevails. Clause 5, Schedule 3, Annexure A and the Performance Brief set out the details of the: (a) Public Benefits to be delivered by the Developer; (b) time or times by which the Developer must deliver the Public Benefits; and (c) manner in which the Developer must deliver the Public Benefits.
