PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS. 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. County, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that County (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24- 76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement.
