Public Disclosures Use of Names Sample Clauses

The 'Public Disclosures; Use of Names' clause restricts how parties to an agreement may publicly disclose information about their relationship or use each other's names, logos, or trademarks. Typically, this clause requires that any public announcement, press release, or marketing material mentioning the other party must receive prior written consent. For example, a company may not list its business partner on its website or in promotional materials without explicit approval. The core function of this clause is to protect each party’s reputation and confidential business relationships by preventing unauthorized or potentially misleading public associations.
