Public Health Orders. This clause 19 takes priority over all other clauses in this Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between this clause and any other clause of this Agreement, this clause prevails. The Charity must: (a) at all times, comply with any Public Health Order issued that is applicable to the holding of the Event; and (b) immediately comply with and follow any of the City’s directions in order for the City to comply with any Public Health Order.
