Common use of PUBLIC HIGHWAYS Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. The streets to be constructed in this development named, ▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Warner Gate, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gate and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road (from Colborne Street West to Warner Gate), and Block 107 shall be conveyed and dedicated to the City of Kawartha Lakes for public highway purposes at no cost to the City and free of all liens and encumbrances.
