Regardless of whether AMG files a Demand Registration or Piggy-Back Registration is available, AMG shall take such action on a timely basis as is necessary or appropriate to ensure that it has met the current public information requirements contained in paragraph (c) of Rule 144 promulgated by the SEC pursuant to the Securities Act.
