Common use of PUBLIC OPENING OF PROPOSALS Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC OPENING OF PROPOSALS. Price Proposals will be opened in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. Interested parties are invited to be present. By signing and submitting the Proposal, the Offeror certifies that it does not, and shall not during the performance of the Contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien as defined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
