PUBLIC OPENING OF PROPOSALS. On the date and time shown in the “Public Opening of Proposals” in Subsection 1.3, the Lead State will conduct the public opening at the delivery location identified in Subsection 5.2, or otherwise amended on Colorado VSS. The Public Opening will disclose only the names of all Offerors who have submitted a Proposal in response to the RFP by the closing deadline.
