Public Participation Process. The LHC sought public input into both the development of the NHTF 2016 Allocation Plan and the final product. An email blast was sent to more than 2,000 names on LHC’s various email lists seeking input from known interested parties. Additionally the same notice was published in the eight largest circulated newspapers in Louisiana. The public notices gave 20 days (in excess of the 15 days required by the State’s ConPlan Public Participation Plan) to send in comments. Additionally the LHC held a public hearing on June 9, 2016 in conjunction with the Public Hearing on the 2015 CAPER and 2017 Action Plan to solicit input. Sign in sheets and a summary of written comments received and the proofs of publication follows. While verbal comments were received at the Public Hearing they were offered by the same people that had submitted written comment and did not differ in any substantial manner. The final plan was made available for public comment on MM/DD/YYYY. The final plan summary was emailed to all know interested parties and the summary was published in the major newspapers of the state on MM/DD/YYYY.
Public Participation Process. Another key feature of the Southern NCCP/MSAA/HCP process involved the public consultation that occurred during the formulation and review of the NCCP/MSAA/HCP. The public participation process for the Southern Subregion centered on public workshops conducted by the four lead agencies. This process also was supported by the convening of an “Ad Hocgroup by The Nature Conservancy and by creation of a citizen outreach program by the County Supervisor with responsibility over the District that includes the 22,815-acre RMV property. Public Participation Process. See Appendix B for the anticipated timing of the public participation process. This timeline will be updated through out the process, as necessary. A description of the steps in the process is provided below.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to: a. Not increase any Eligible Household’s rent through January 2021; b. Waive all costs, fees and charges incurred by Eligible Households as a result of non- payment or partial payment of rent during the impacted months; c. Not consider non-payment or partial payment by Eligible Households during impacted months when considering renewal of an Eligible Household’s lease, or, share this information with other rental properties, credit bureaus and tenant screening companies; d. Not initiate new Eligible Household evictions for non-payment of rent and must suspend all pending evictions of Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent for the duration of the rental payment assistance; e. Not issue a notice to vacate to Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent until the end of the Eviction Relief Period; and f. Not require Eligible Households to vacate the unit until 30 days after such notice.

  • Joint Participation The parties hereto participated jointly in the negotiation and preparation of this Release, and each party has had the opportunity to obtain the advice of legal counsel and to review and comment upon the Release. Accordingly, it is agreed that no rule of construction shall apply against any party or in favor of any party. This Release shall be construed as if the parties jointly prepared this Release, and any uncertainty or ambiguity shall not be interpreted against one party and in favor of the other.

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts. The contractor therefore agrees to sell to Cooperative Purchasing Program participants at the option of the program participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the contract must be equally applied to such participants.

  • Financial Participation Prohibited Under Section 2155.004, Texas Government Code (relating to financial participation in preparing solicitations), Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive this Contract and acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
