Common use of Public Report Clause in Contracts

Public Report. Environment Canada will publish on its website (▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇-▇▇▇) progress reports based on reports received under this Agreement. Progress reports will be reviewed by all Parties before publication and will be considered confidential until final approval by all Parties.

Progress Environment Canada will give the Companies a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on draft progress reports before their publication. The Companies will be reviewed by all Parties before publication conduct this review and will be considered confidential until final approval by all Partiesrespond back to Environment Canada within a reasonable period of time.
