Public Space. Applicant shall not allow parking on sidewalks or in RPP or other restricted zones and not locate trash bins, chairs, tables, or other items on public space without a public space permit.
Public Space. The Licensor reserves the right to use dining areas and other public spaces at other than serving periods, for meetings of Licensor employees or other assemblies. After each use, the Licensor will clean and rearrange the space without expense to the Licensee.

1.4 To permit the Council its agents and its surveyors access upon reasonable notice (SAVE FOR in the event of an emergency when no prior notice will be required) to inspect the Public Space.
1.5 To permit TfL its agents and its surveyors access upon reasonable notice (SAVE FOR in the event of an emergency when no prior notice will be required) to inspect the Public Realm.
1.6 The Developer shall be liable for the full cost of the delivery of the Public Space.
Public Space a. Applicant shall keep the sidewalk (up to and including the curb), tree boxes and alley free of litter, bottles, chewing gum, trash, and other debris in compliance with D.C. Code and Municipal Regulations. Applicant shall police these areas daily for refuse and other materials.
Public Space. (A) To further integrate the Development into the Medical District/Downtown/Hill neighborhoods and the future full build-out of the Downtown Crossing Project, the areas on which the On-Site Public Improvements of the Development are to be located shall be open to the public, except in case of emergency or when closure is required for maintenance and repair of such areas, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of the Developer. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, nothing contained herein nor any exercise of the foregoing rights will be deemed to be a gift or dedication to the general public or the City of the area on which the On-Site Public Improvements are to be located. The Developer will install and maintain “Artistic Objects” on the Development Parcel. “Artistic Objects” under this subparagraph may include posters, banners, graphic art, mixed media, decorative screening projections on the side of the Parking Garage, photographs, statues, sculptures, and/or a water element, all as chosen by the Developer and as may be replaced from time to time by the Developer.

Complete construction of public greenspace and open space as further described in the Rezoning design guidelines, which includes a new Citypark, a pocket park, construction or improvements of several blocks of street grid, including the 3rd Avenue Paseo, and a new multi-use trail connecting ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Spine and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/ Meridian Greenway.
Public Space. City grants to Airline a nonexclusive license to use the Public Space within the Terminal, in common with others, subject at all times to City’s exclusive control and management of the Public Space. City shall have the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to relocate, change, or discontinue the use of one or more Public Spaces from time to time during the Term in accordance with the terms hereof.
