Public Statements Clause Samples
The Public Statements clause restricts the parties from making public comments or disclosures about the agreement or their relationship without prior consent. Typically, this clause requires that any press releases, announcements, or public communications be reviewed and approved by the other party before being shared. Its core function is to protect sensitive information and maintain control over how the relationship or transaction is presented to the public, thereby preventing misunderstandings or reputational harm.
