Common use of Public Website Clause in Contracts

Public Website. The Registry public website is a place where interested parties can go to obtain general information about CSCs. There will be FAQs, general descriptions of CSC related applications and services, general descriptions of Registry functions and processes, and other general informational documentation. In addition to general information the public will be able to perform a query on a specific CSC to see whether it is available for assignment. The only information provided to the public will be whether the code is available or not available. After 90 days it will be returned to the pool of available CSCs if the registration is not renewed.
