Publication of Data. Except for its own internal use in conjunction with the Agreement, Contractor may not publish or reproduce subject data in whole or in part, or in any manner or form, nor may Contractor authorize others to do so, without the written consent of the Federal Government, until such time as the Federal Government may have either released or approved the release of such data to the public; this restriction on publication, however, does not apply to any contract with an academic institution.
Publication of Data. DexCom, with respect to the Beta Bionics [***] Data, and Beta Bionics, with respect to the DexCom [***] Data, may not publish (including posters, abstracts, clinical studies or podium presentations) such Data or cite the other Party as the source of such Data in research or materials intended for external audiences without such other Party’s [***]. If the Parties agree to such a publication, the publishing Party shall furnish copies of any proposed publication or presentation to the other Party at least [***] before submission. During that time, the reviewing Party shall have the right to review the material for its Confidential Information and use of its name. At the reviewing Party’s request, the publishing Party shall delete the reviewing Party’s Confidential Information and/or name from the proposed publication or presentation. For clarity, all marketing activities and materials with respect to the Combined Platform shall meet the requirements of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, with respect to any publication by Beta Bionics that uses or is based upon DexCom [***] Data, including with respect to any clinical study, including any investigator initiated study, that involved the use of any DexCom product, such publication must reference DexCom in the publication’s title and abstract and prominently reference DexCom and acknowledge the use of the DexCom product and the DexCom [***] Data [***].
Publication of Data. The following provisions shall govern publication of resultant data from each contract research project.

GSK shall retain the exclusive right to control the content, submission or retraction of any publications of data generated by GSK or its Affiliates with respect to any Selected Compound, including the publication of clinical trials generating such data on any Clinical Studies Register and for the avoidance of doubt, full study protocols and study conclusions. GSK shall share with Roivant proposed publications and related data for review and consider input from Roivant. While GSK reserves it rights to make the publications of data provided for above in this Section 10.3, GSK represents and warrants to Roivant as of the Closing Date that GSK does not contemplate doing so.
Publication of Data. The Researcher agrees to comply with the following publication conditions: 2.1 All references to the Data in the publications and presentations of the Researcher, and by the Researcher with respect to the project, will acknowledge the source of the Data as the Department/RCP and the Nova Scotia Atlee Perinatal Database; 2.2 Use the Data in professional and academic publications, provided the Researcher provides to the Department/RCP, through RCP’s Joint Data Access Committee, a copy of the publication and an outline of the presentation not later than one month before the date of earliest release of the publication or first presentation; 2.3 The Department/RCP will notify the Researcher within 10 days of receiving a copy of the publication and/or presentation if any issues are identified; 2.4 Not to publish the data in a form where it is reasonably foreseeable in the circumstances that it could be utilized, either alone or with other information, to identify an individual; 2.5 No publication or presentation by the Researcher will disclose cell sizes less than 5 (Note: A cell with 0 may be published/presented);

Federal License. In accordance with 49 CFR §§ 18.34 and 19.36, the Federal Government reserves a royalty-free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, “for Federal Government purposes,” any subject data or copyright described below. As used in the previous sentence, “for Federal Government purposes” means use only for the direct purposes of the Federal Government. Without the copyright owner’s consent, the Federal Government may not extend its Federal license to any other party: FTA Intention. When FTA awards Federal assistance for a experimental, research or developmental work, it is FTA's general intention to increase transportation knowledge available to the public, rather than to restrict the benefits resulting from the work to participants in the work. Therefore, unless FTA determines otherwise, the Contractor performing experimental, research, or developmental work required by the underlying Agreement agrees to permit FTA to make available to the public, either FTA's license in the copyright to any subject data developed in the course of the Agreement, or a copy of the subject data first produced under the Agreement for which a copyright has not been obtained. If the experimental, research, or developmental work which is the subject of this Agreement is not completed for any reason whatsoever, all data developed under this Agreement shall become subject data as defined in Subsection a. above and shall be delivered as the Federal Government may direct. This subsection does not apply to adaptations of automatic data processing equipment or programs for the City’s use the costs of which are financed with Federal transportation funds for capital projects. Hold Harmless. Unless prohibited by state law, upon request by the Federal Government, the Contractor agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Federal Government, its officers, agents, and employees acting within the scope of their official dutie...
Publication of Data. 5.1 Submission of data to the WHO Global aDSM Database does not affect the right of contributing sites to share or publish those data, which <INSERT ACRONYM OF TRANSFERRING PARTY> may do entirely at their own discretion and without consent from or reference to the WHO Global aDSM Database. 5.2 The WHO may publish the results of the analysis of the data from the WHO Global aDSM Database. 5.3 Authorship for publications or presentations based on meta-analysis of data from the WHO Global aDSM Database will reflect the genuine contributions of investigators, in accordance with the criteria for authorship as outlined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. 5.4 Any publication or presentation based on meta-analysis of data from the WHO Global aDSM Database where the authors are not the Data Owners, should include an acknowledgement using the text below: [We thank < Insert names of the contributing projects > for providing data for the present analysis]
Publication of Data. Results from epidemiological investigations and risk assessments based on transferred Exposome data within the framework of the Agreement are expected to be published in international scientific journals and various reports. A representative of IMM as well as of CAMM and/or SLB-analys or in the case of road traffic and railway noise ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ from Gothenburg University, depending on the type of Exposome data transferred, shall be offered co-authorship on all these publications, and given the opportunity to review prior to publication. When dealing with the media regarding studies or online dissemination of results were transferred Exposome data have been used, e.g. in press releases, the corresponding institutions should be mentioned.
