Publicly Distributed Information. On a timely basis, copies of all financial statements, reports and notices, sent or made available generally by Parent to the holders of its publicly-held securities, if any, or filed with the Commission, and of all press releases made available generally by Parent to the public, if any, concerning material developments in the business of Borrower.
