Common use of Published Materials Clause in Contracts

Published Materials. All published materials including, without limitation, any and all reports, outlines, manuals, pamphlets, brochures and other documents prepared by Bunker Hill shall remain the property Bunker Hill, and all such materials prepared by the University shall remain the property of the University.
