Publishing and Directory. SBC-13STATE will make nondiscriminatory access to Publishing and Directory service available under the terms and conditions of the applicable Appendix White Pages, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Telecommunications Services for resale at wholesale rates pursuant to the applicable Appendix Resale, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. TRANSMISSION AND ROUTING OF SWITCHED ACCESS TRAFFIC PURSUANT TO 251(c)(2) 7.9.1 SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC certain trunk groups (Meet Point Trunks) under certain parameters pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
