Common use of Publishing of information Clause in Contracts

Publishing of information. Neither you nor NCB shall publish or otherwise publicly disclose (or cause to be published or otherwise publicly disclosed) without the prior written consent of the other parties hereto any information relating to the change of name and ownership of the Concentration Account or the creation of the New Current Account, including as to their respective ownership, name, account number or SWIFT identification code, except to the extent required by law. For the avoidance of doubt, no changes should be made to the SWIFT Register, the Banker’s Almanac or any other publication with respect to the change of name and/or ownership of the Concentration Account.
