Common use of Publishing of information Clause in Contracts

Publishing of information. Auckland Council regularly publishes information on its procurement activities, spending and contracting as part of its public information programme (“the Programme”). Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement/ Contract, the Recipient consents to Auckland Council disclosing information about this Agreement/ Contract in its Programme publically, including, but not limited to (a) a description of the Funding being supplied; (b) the name of the Recipient; (c) the Term of the Agreement;
