Punctual Payment and Performance. It shall duly and punctually pay the principal of all Loans, all interest thereon and all fees and other amounts required to be paid by the Canadian Borrower hereunder in the manner specified hereunder and the Canadian Borrower shall perform and observe all of its obligations under this Agreement and under any other Document to which it is a party.
