Common use of Pupil Progress Clause in Contracts

Pupil Progress. The CONTRACTOR shall have written procedures in place for measuring progress utilizing on-going data collection in the goal areas identified on the IEP/IFSP. The CONTRACTOR shall provide to parents and the LEA case manager written pupil progress reports on the goals in the IEP/IFSP, no less than quarterly. The CONTRACTOR shall submit an updated report if there is no current progress report when pupils are scheduled for a review by the IEP/IFSP team or when a pupil's enrollment is terminated. The CONTRACTOR shall allow periodic review of each pupil's instructional program by the LEA. Representatives of the LEA shall have reasonable access to observe each pupil at work, observe the instructional setting, meet with the CONTRACTOR and review each pupil's progress, including the behavioral intervention plan, if any. LEA representatives making site visits shall initially report to the CONTRACTOR's site administrative office.
