Common use of Purchase and Redemption Procedures Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Redemption Procedures. Transfer in-kind purchases that are vertical slices of the Investment Account shall be transferred directly into the Investment Account. Transfers in-kind that are not vertical slices of the Investment Account will be handled in a transition account where all the fees associated with such transactions will be allocated to the purchase or redemption settlement amount. Transfers in kind out of the Investment Account will be a complete slice of the Investment Account. A seven (7) business day prior written notice to the Trustee is required for any transfer in kind transaction.
