Common use of Purchase and Sale of Output Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Output. A. Purchase and Sale of Output. Beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and through the remainder of the Term, Provider agrees to sell, and District agrees to buy, the Output from the Solar Facility at the applicable Power Price set forth in Exhibit B, as such Power Price may be adjusted in accordance with Section 4(B). District shall have no obligation to pay for Output delivered from the Solar Facility after the expiration date of this Agreement or the early termination thereof.
