Purchase by Holder. The guaranteed protion purchased by the Holder will always be a portion of the loan which is guaranteed. The Holder will hereby succeed to all rights of the Lender under the Loan Note Guar- ▇▇▇▇▇ to the extent of the assigned portion of the loan. The Lender, however, will remain bound by all the obligations under the Loan Note Guarantee and the program regulations found in the applicable Subpart of 7 CFR Part 1980 now in effect and future FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103– 354 program regulations not inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

  • Control by Holders The Holders of a majority in principal amount of the Outstanding Securities of any series shall have the right to direct the time, method and place of conducting any proceeding for any remedy available to the Trustee, or exercising any trust or power conferred on the Trustee, with respect to the Securities of such series, provided that (1) such direction shall not be in conflict with any rule of law or with this Indenture, and (2) the Trustee may take any other action deemed proper by the Trustee which is not inconsistent with such direction.
