Purchase Execution. State agencies will submit orders on a Purchase Order via one of the ordering methods as specified below, Ordering Methods. Local Government agencies and other Participating Entities may use their own approved Purchase Order document. The Contractor shall not accept purchase documents from State agencies, Local Government agencies and Participating Entities containing non-contract items. This will be monitored at a local level between the customer and the servicing NAPA store. There is no minimum order on this contract.
