Common use of Purchase for its Own Account Clause in Contracts

Purchase for its Own Account. The Investor is purchasing the Notes for its own account, without a view to the distribution thereof in violation of the Securities Act, all without prejudice, however, to the right of such Investor at any time, in accordance with this Agreement or the Transaction Documents, lawfully to sell or otherwise to dispose of all or any part of the Notes held by it.
