Common use of Purchase Limitation Clause in Contracts

Purchase Limitation. The ordering of supplies, equipment, or services in excess of the BPA Order/Call limitation or outside the limitations of the BPA description will not be honored and may result in the termination of this Agreement. BPA Orders/Calls issued against this agreement are limited to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, currently $250,000, or the limitation of the Contracting Officers Warrant, whichever is less.
