Common use of Purchase of the Property Clause in Contracts

Purchase of the Property. The Customer hereby sells and the Bank hereby purchases the Property from the Customer, free from all encumbrances but subject to those conditions of title express or implied and the restrictions in interest, if any, affecting the Property at the Purchase Price upon terms and conditions herein contained.

Purchase of the Property. The Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally sells the Property to the Financier and the Bank Financier hereby purchases the Property from the CustomerProperty, free from all encumbrances but subject to those conditions of title express or implied and the restrictions in interest, if any, affecting the Property at for the Purchase Price purchase price amount equals to the total amount of the Facility, upon terms and conditions herein containedcontained herein.
