Purchase of Unit. Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to sell, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, the capital stock of the SPV that will own the Unit within the Condominium. The Seller proposes to develop the Condominium pursuant to the terms of the Costa Rican regulations and the Concession’s agreement and its addendums executed between the concessionaire, the Municipality of Carrillo (“Municipality”) and the Costa Rica Tourism Board (the “ICT”).
