Common use of Purchase of Warrants by the Company Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Warrants by the Company. In addition to its rights contained in this Agreement, the Company may, except as limited by applicable law, other agreements or herein, with the consent of the Holder, purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants at such times, in such manner and for such consideration as the Company and such Holder may deem appropriate.
