Common use of Purchase Order Alterations or Cancellations Clause in Contracts

Purchase Order Alterations or Cancellations. No less than 5 working days prior to shipment of Products, Kofax shall accept alterations or cancellation to a purchase order in order to: (i) change a location for delivery, (ii) modify the quantity or type of Products to be delivered or (iii) correct typographical or clerical errors.

Purchase Order Alterations or Cancellations. No less than 5 working fifteen (15) days prior to shipment of Standard Products, Kofax KOFAX shall accept alterations an alteration or cancellation to a purchase order Purchase Order in order to: (i) change a location for delivery, (ii) modify the quantity or type of Products to be delivered or (iii) correct typographical or clerical errors. Tech Data may not alter or cancel any Purchase Order for Customized Products after such time as the Products have been altered to a point where such Products are no longer capable of resale by KOFAX after reasonable efforts.
