Purchase Order Binding When Mailed. Unless terminated or cancelled by the Agency Chief Contracting Officer pursuant to the authority vested in him/her, purchase orders shall be effective and binding upon the Seller when placed in the mail prior to the termination of the contract period, addressed to the Seller at the address shown on the award.
