Purchase Order Changes. (a) An Ordering Party may change the delivery destination for Products in any Purchase Order without charge upon written notice to Supplier no later than one (1) Business Day prior to the scheduled shipping date. (b) An Ordering Party may reschedule Products in any Purchase Order without charge upon written notice to Supplier no later than fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the scheduled shipping date.
