Purchase Order Requirement. A Purchase Order is required for the project. All Customer Purchase Orders will be placed directly with Slalom and should detail the Services, project deliverables and related prices and quantities. The Purchase Order should reference the contract number for the Governing Agreement and this SOW, as well as any other pertinent information for verification of receipt of the Services by the Customer.
