Common use of Purchase Order Terms Clause in Contracts

Purchase Order Terms. Any provisions printed or otherwise contained in any purchase order, acknowledgement, acceptance or other document issued by either Party that are inconsistent with or in addition to these terms and conditions will have no force or effect and will not constitute any part of this Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HHSC may issue Purchase Orders or Purchase Order Change Notices for ordering and tracking purposes consistent with this Contract.
