Common use of Purchase Price for the Real Property Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price for the Real Property. As consideration for the purchase of the Real Property, RCI shall pay to the Company at Closing the total consideration of $850,000.00 (the “Real Property Purchase Price”), which shall be payable by cashier’s check, certified funds or wire transfer. The LLC Purchase Price and the Real Property Purchase Price, (in the aggregate amount of $1,675,000) are collectively referred to herein as the “Purchase Price.”
