Common use of Purchase Quantities Clause in Contracts

Purchase Quantities. Nycomed shall order Product hereunder in Batch sizes or whole multiples thereof. Each purchase order submitted by Nycomed hereunder shall specify the quantity of Units of Product being ordered.
