Common use of Purchase Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Purchase Termination Date. (a) As to the Purchaser or any Bank Investor, the "Purchase Termination Date" with respect to such entity shall be the earlier to occur of (i) the Commitment Termination Date, (ii) the day the Purchase Termination Date is declared or occurs pursuant to Section 11.2, (iii) the date of termination of the Commitment with respect to Purchases by the Purchaser pursuant to subsection (b) hereof, and (iv) the date the Purchase Limit is reduced to zero.
